Plays a critical role in resolving technical production issues as well as planning/implementing production deployments. . Implements application & database migration projects between various server environments. . Deploys code into a production environment for over 600 corporate clients for a highly customized, hosted, payment processing platform using Octopus, Ansible, and manual methods. . Interact with application developers, database administrators, QA group, systems administrators, telecom and project managers. . Utilize skillset to ensure critical business transactions are processed on time without human in a timely fashion while resolving issues that are that potentially lead to lost revenue and reduced productivity. . Create various infrastructure and application monitors such as database monitors, integration monitors and web monitors using tools to catch file transmission, transaction processing and business continuity failures. . Install, Configure & Support of web applications, app pools and sites on IIS 7.5, IIS 8 platform. . Create & manage self-signed certificates as well as COMODO SSL certificates which are utilized on F5/BigIP load balancer. . Beneficial to have AWS Solutions Engineer and/or Cloud Practitioner certification .
