*Responsibilities*:

   - Define solutions (metrics, designs, recommendations) to monitor and
   drive business operational processes
   - Partner with consumers, performers, and source system teams to
   analyze, internalize and translate metrics to develop:


   - key dimensions indicative of operational performance
   - effective visualizations to demonstrate performance
   - data quality impacts and requirements
   - aggregation frameworks for shifting from high-level to detailed
   viewpoints
   - clear metrics definitions and glossary for socialization
   - negative test scenarios validating data inputs and process performance


   - Own the integrity of the solution through customer acceptance and
   solution for BAU monitoring
   - Responsible for the development, maintenance, management, and delivery
   of technical information and documentation
   - Interfaces with Product Management, customers, external consultants
   and information technology
   - Usually possesses significant knowledge in one or more business
   functional areas





*Qualifications*:

   - Bachelor's Degree or higher in fields such as Business, Computer
   Science, Information Systems, and Engineering or military experience
   - Fluent with Python and SQL languages
   - Able to query SQL database and reconcile metrics against production
   data, as well as research variances
   - Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels and with
   both business and technical constituents
   - Proven ability to lead a diverse group towards resolution when faced
   with ambiguous situations
   - Strong in Tableau, BIRST, or other data visualization tools
