Requirement: Jira consultant would administer required services such as Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence administrative services, including, but not limited to Salesforce, IT, and Engineering teams. 1. Implement end to end *JIRA ServiceDesk* 2. Setup/ optimize workflows for *ticket/ issue management* 3. Work with DevOps in setting up the *JIRA Bitbucket integration* 4. Identify and improve existing workflows being followed 5. Optimization of Scrum board with *reporting capabilities OR other requests with Jira or Confluence*.
