*Job Description:*

*Responsibilities include:*

•        Build, configure, maintain, monitor and support high available WAS
and Liberty servers.

•        Deploy code to WAS and Liberty servers.

•        Provide support and trouble shoot large scale WAS and Liberty
environments

•        WAS scripting using Jython/Python and Shell to deploy and monitor
applications and configurations

•        Provide technical leadership and oversight for complex environment
deliverables

•        Consulting services to clients with the ability to understand and
assimilate complex cross-discipline, and cross-technology concepts and
processes

•        Problem analysis and resolution



•        7+ years' experience as WAS Administrator on UNIX servers,
preferably Linux

•        Extensive experience in scripting using Jython/Python and Shell

•        Knowledge of WAS internals

•        Knowledge with monitoring tools (DynaTrace, Splunk, UEM etc…) is a
plus

•        Extensive knowledge and experience of building large scale WAS and
Liberty environments and hosting platforms

•        Knowledge of industry's best practices for WAS hosting solutions

•        Application life cycle management

•        Capacity and Performance Analysis

•        Certificate Management

•        F5 (Server Load Balancing), DNS, Firewall, ISAM, Jenkins,
Artifactory and GitHub experience is a plus.

•        Knowledge of server virtualization, Cloud hosting technologies and
Java development is a plus
