1.            First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)

2.            Certified SAFe scrum master.

3.            Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 2 years
for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum
principles, practices, and theory.

4.            Working within an agile software engineering environment

5.            Experience in conducting daily SCRUM (one to two teams)

6.            Excellent communication and mentoring skills

7.            Certified SAFe scrum master.

8.            DevOps functional and technical expertise and ability to work
with multi-skilled professionals within and across Scrum teams
