*JD:*

·         Around 15+ years of experience as *Oracle CRM Consultant* with
minimum *2** - 3 R12 implementation experience *in recent as a *Solution
Architect*. Experience in *R12.2.7 is an added advantage*

·         Should have strong experience in *Oracle CRM Modules, Service
Contracts, Installbase, Incentive and Compensation and iStore*

·         Should have a good understanding of *implementing R12 new CRM
features* .

·         Experience in analyzing business requirements for all CRM related
processes·

·         Should have excellent communication skills including the ability
to effectively communicate with Global business users.

·         Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer
needs and resolves R12 implementation issues.

·         Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible, and
ability to handle client queries and issue resolutions.

·         Ability to work with offshore counterpart and get issue resolved
on time.

Should able to work with Offshore team and coordinate during overlap ours
