*Skill Set:*

·      Minimum of 4 – 7  years of hands-on experience in Application
Support working in L3 / L4 service lines

·      3-4 years of experience in technology support with a minimum three
(3) years of experience in RPA / AA

·      Proven information architecture skills, specifically related to
Automation capabilities, along with thorough understanding of
inter-relationships between interfaces

·      Strong knowledge of RPA / AA

·      Strong SQL database management and troubleshooting skills.

·      Thorough understanding of core infrastructure (operating systems,
web servers, mail servers, proxies, etc.)

·      Demonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft Windows Enterprise
servers (2008, 2012), IIS, Microsoft SQL 2008R2, 2012, 2014, Microsoft .NET
development technologies, including Visual Studio 2012, C#, ASP.NET
<http://asp.net/>, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, LINQ, WCF, Silverlight,
AJAX,CAML,XML, XSLT, REST, and DOM.

·      Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to
assess complex problems and propose practical solutions.

·      Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

·      Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to
meet deadlines and to complete time-sensitive projects as assigned



*Roles and Responsibilities:*

·      Manage and monitor all aspects of other RPA associates

·      Develop, maintain, and enforce RPA/AA governance policies.

·      Use ServiceNow (or any other ticketing tool) to monitor and route
calls

·      Act as a Liaison with appropriate teams to perform and analyze
complex Application troubleshooting and diagnosis of incidents relating to
off-the-shelf and proprietary applications and/or platforms.

·      Collaborate with other IT teams to perform backups and restores of
SharePoint and ASP.Net <http://asp.net/> based applications.

·      Provide leadership assistance for deployment of hardware and
software.

·      Determine root cause of incidents (configuration vs. defect)

·      Perform installation and configuration of applications in supported
environments.

·      Respond to automated alerts on the health of systems

·      Performing routine audits of systems for the purpose of preventative
maintenance of applications and reporting on their status.

·      Adhere to E&Y and ITIL guidelines for Incident, Problem and Change
Management.

·      Perform effective call management including logging, monitoring /
updating, prioritizing and resolving calls in a timely fashion.

·      Ensures all work is carried out and documented in accordance with
required standards, methods and procedures.

·      Develop training materials and provide training to IT team members
and users with varying levels of skill.

·      Assist junior staff resources within scope of project or
specialization.
