*Job Description:*

·         8 - 10 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering

·         Hand-on experience in Load Runner/PC is a MUST. Experience with
other tools like Jmeter, VSTS, SOASTA, ALM/QC, etc is a plus

·         Strong Experience in creating performance test strategy, design,
planning, work load modelling, and elicitation of non-functional
requirements for testing

·         Have hands-on experience in Performance Bottleneck Analysis
(Infrastructure, Application and System level)

·         Experience in SAP Performance Testing is a definite PLUS

·         Good experience in providing Performance Tuning Recommendations

·         Hands on experience in profiling and performance monitoring

·         Hands-on experience in using monitoring tools like Dynatrace,
Splunk, etc.

·         Prior Customer Facing Experience is a must

·         Experience in Mobile Performance Testing would be an added benefit

·         Be able to recommend test methodologies, approach for testing and
improving application's performance

·         Hands-on experience in at least one Object Oriented Programming
Language (Java, C++ etc.) would be an added benefit

·         Ability to work in Agile methodology.

·         Expertise in Performance Test Management and Estimations.

·         Experience with SQL and application performance tools.

·         Good Communication and interpersonal skills are required



*Good to have:*



·         Airlines / e-commerce performance testing experience is a plus

·         Experience on High Availability/Disaster Recovery testing
