*JOB DESCRIPTION*



·         *Technical Leadership Role* helps to coordinate and facilitate
the technical aspects of the Pega Infinity platform, specifically the
Customer Service framework.
* Works with all groups to ensure best possible design and solution for the
Application.
* Lead the technical team in gathering and understanding requirements, and
use cases.
* Responsible for the technical solution including Enterprise Class
Structure (ECS), data model and application framework uisng the Pega
Infinity Platform.
* Responsible for designing Pega interfaces.
* Architect the technical solution and lead technical team in development
activities.
* Ensure adherence to the Pegasystems development guardrails and design
principles.
* Provide knowledge transfer to the customer.
* Mentor and coach Pega trained configuration and architecture resources.
* Ensure compliance with coding standards, UI standards and corporate
standards.
* Perform code reviews to ensure application quality.
* Review alert logs to insure quality standards.
* Ensure performance and quality of the Pega solution
