Role: SAP S/4 Service Management Lead Place: Elyria, OH Length: Long term both S/4 and Some C4C experience Validated Environment experience. Needs to be well versed in HPQC. Strong working knowledge in Medical device manufacturing and S4 implementation experience at least 2 to 3 implementations, 2 to 3 global Rollouts. Strong working knowledge and implementation experience in medical equipment device and components serial number management. Project implementation working experience is must for S4 and C4 Service to Cash, Sales to Cash and Quote to cash end to end scenario’s. Ability to understand complex business problems and deliver solutions focused on technological improvements and increasing process efficiency. Working knowledge is must S4 FIORI hands on, OnBase, C4C and One Source. Added advantage of working experience HPQC, Esker, Kenco, Loftware, EDI, Very good experience in S/4 HANA Service Management and Plant Maintenance. Experience in Serial numbering/ serial # management Experience with Life Sciences industry especially med device industry 5-7 years of SAP configuration experience in the service management functional/project lead role (service notifications, service contracts, quotes, order generation and processing, pricing, contract management) Experience in core Life Science industry SM business processes areas such as warranty claims management, service repair models and service contract management Experience in SAP SM-SD and SD-FI business process integration Experience in leading multi-functional global teams on complex projects Should have skills in preventative & planned maintenance solutions, corrective maintenance solutions, repair and refurbishment solutions, resource management solutions, master data management scope and content. Lead the design, configuration, implementation and support of SAP- SM/PM Provide clients with full life-cycle project implementation consulting expertise including assessments, blueprinting, system build, testing and go-live stabilization. Prepare and facilitate assessment/blueprint workshops to analyze clients? business requirements. Consultant must be able to explain business reasons for utilizing functionalities and transform them into business SAP best business practice. Write detailed functional mapping to SAP applications, functional gap analysis, detailed blueprint design and process documentation and detailed functional specifications for any custom development. This includes integration points with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), CO (Controlling), PM (Plant Maintenance) and PS (Project Systems) Prepare summary level presentations and facilitate future state system design and process workshops to obtain client acceptance. Perform and/or oversee; configuration of SAP applications, creation of positive/negative unit test scripts, and execution of unit tests. Train client team on design, application functions and configuration. Create and/or support creation of integration/user acceptance test scenarios and scripts as well as facilitate and provide direct support for user testing. Create and/or support creation of cutover plan and scripts as well as facilitate and provide direct support for production migration and go-live stabilization.
