*Mandatory Requirements*

   - Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage 
   and support of a collection of development platforms, technical 
   architectures or business applications and products that run on those 
   platforms - beyond that of a Programmer. 
   - *Experience (7+ Years)* 

*Requirements*

   - 64 Months Experience with specification and administration (including 
   MACs, call accounting, upgrading, user support) AVAYA and Nortel server 
   systems. 
   - 60 Months Experience in campus level and station cabling 
   infrastructure using structure cabling techniques and best practices 
   specifications for code compliance and termination for data and voice. 
   - 48 Months  Experience as Project Manager for strategic planning 
   telecommunications projects exceeding 500 port counts for both data and 
   voice with WAN and provider connections.  
   - 48 Months  Experience with specifying, designing, and supporting 
   telecommunications carrier services. 
   - 36 Months  Experience with specifications, administration, and user 
   support of Cisco VoIP Communications systems. 
   - 36 Months  Customer service experience by providing direct customer 
   support including user documentation and tracking using ITIL procedures.
