Job Title     :  ServiceNow Program Manager / Architect

Location     *: *Cedar Rapids, IA

Duration     : Long term – Contract

 Experience Level: 13+ Years


*Job Description:*

·         Must understand good knowledge in program management and or
Architecture experience in regards to SNOW

·         Drive technical and functional design requirements for ServiceNow.

·         Provide technical solutions for ServiceNow.

·         *Must be able to architect ServiceNow Modules including ITSM,
ITOM CMDB, discovery jobs, and automation workflows using ServiceNow
Orchestrator*.

·         Define technical solutions aligned with client's business
problems at an architectural and design level of detail

·         Communicate complex technical solutions to clients

·         Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical
and non-technical audiences

·         Build POC solutions in demo instances for proposed solutions in
context of a services engagement

·         Perform research into technology partner or other vendor
solutions in context of client requirements for integration

·         Respond to RFPs for SNOW

*Requirements:*

·         13+ years of experience in ITSM implementation as Program
manager/Architect

·         8+ completed full Servicenow implementations

·         Ability to both configure and demonstrate solutions in the
ServiceNow platform

·         Experience designing and implementing client facing solutions
leveraging involving enterprise software

·         Experience implementing and integrating enterprise software
applications

·         Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant
to the *ServiceNow
integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC,
ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS*

·         Certified ServiceNow

·         Certified in ITIL – Expert
