Following are the job responsibilities.

   - Scrum Master - 50% Organize and lead a cross-functional scrum team
   from initiation to release
   - Manage the workflow and groom stories
   - Plan and lead the team through agile ceremonies such as daily scrums,
   sprints, and demos Identify and escalate distractions and barriers that
   impede or slow progress
   - Monitor key metrics, such as quality and velocity and provide regular
   updates
   - Salesforce Analyst - 50%
   - Non-coding development work in Salesforce
   - Salesforce administration, configuration, customization, including
   reports and dashboards



Requirements

   - At least two years of experience as a Scrum Master
   - At least two years of hands-on experience in Salesforce
   - At least one SFDC Certification
   - Excellent communication and relationship skills
