Work closely with business users and various platform, application and support teams to deliver reporting solutions. Develop, test and deploy new data pipelines (ETL) to support Google’s requirements. Support existing data pipelines. Troubleshoot and fix production issues; implement enhancements in existing data pipelines and reports. Create project specific artifacts such as technical design documents, source to target transformation mapping docs, data dictionary, data flow diagrams etc. Build reports and dashboards to support business critical decision making. Own specific project areas and take proactive measures to maintain the health of the overall system.
