Performance, effectiveness and requirements will be reviewed periodically to determine scaling. This document defines the responsibilities and skill requirements for these System Administrators. *Primary responsibilities* System Admins will be responsible for providing following services ● Help engineering team with answers related to Microsoft AD idiosyncrasies during development, support and production issues (e.g. Setting up different Network topologies to work with Managed Microsoft AD, Setting up uni- and bi-directional Trust, Troubleshoot failures). ● Help GCP extended organization (Sales, Services, Support, partnerships etc.) with customer deployment issues/questions (e.g. help with setting up reference architectures, test environments). ● Deploying, configuring and verifying various Microsoft AD Dependent workloads with Managed AD. Eg. Sql Server, SharePoint, SuiteCRM, Red Forest / PAM model setup with Managed Microsoft AD Forest etc. ● Work with various on-premises tools for migration to GCP and automate them. ● Ability to review GCP Managed Microsoft AD’s delegated admin and provide recommendations. ● Identify patterns for issues and opportunities for improvement for the team. ● Help team with production OS rollout and troubleshoot issues related to it. ● Create AD and/or AD-related automation tools/scripts where required ● Help with documenting Solution Guides, Application Integration guides, reference architectures etc. *Required Skills* 1. Microsoft Windows Server Administration 2. Thorough understanding and experience of Microsoft AD Administration and its dependent services/applications. (AD DS, FS, CS, Setting up on-prem Microsoft AD Domain, Trusts, Multi-factor auth etc) 3. Hands on experience troubleshooting various Active Directory issues and recovering the Domain Controllers/Domain. 4. Google Cloud Administration/services (specifically, Cloud DNS, Compute Engine, StackDriver) 5. Thorough understanding of Networking Concepts - DNS, Networking topologies (e.g. Hub and Spoke), VPC, Shared VPC, Routes management, hybrid deployments, VPN, Firewall, IPsec 6. Powershell/DSC Scripting 7. Experience with on-premises tools for migration to Cloud. 8. Experience deploying/configuring various Microsoft AD Dependent Applications on Windows and Linux platforms. *Preferred Skills* 1. Python Scripting 2. Proficient with any programming language and able to ramp up on any new platform as required. 3. Microsoft Azure Active Directory Administration 4.
