To contribute individually on technical aspects
To ensure process improvement and compliance and participate in technical
design discussion and to review technical documents and to provide support
on issues
Co-ordination with team and customer
To gather customer requirements and create project plans and keep track of
schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards
To create all quality documents| collect metrics data and conducting audits.
To perform value creation and KM activities. Raising risks| issues and
escalation to senior management and customer
To proactively identify and mitigate risks & issues (including escalations)
for delivery of the program
To manage key Program Partners / Stakeholders interests for smooth
integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its
objectives
To plan and manage the program from design to implementation [entire life
cycle] in alignment with the strategic intent of the program.
To ensure project planning [Time/Schedule/Resource/cost] are prepared|
reviewed and adhered for successful completion.
To get involved in business development support
To lead| manage| develop and engage the team.
