Responsibilities for the Salesforce BA with Tableau/Einstein exp candidate:

*Responsibilities:*

   - Work closely with IT and business teams to collect requirements,
   design a solution, and then build it in Tableau CRM
   - Lead design and implementation of datasets, dataflows, and recipes to
   transform the source data into data usable for reporting and building
   prediction models
   - Manipulating configuration json for dynamic data bindings and other
   advanced requirements
   - Implement permission controls ensuring users only have access to the
   data and features relevant to them
   - Implement Einstein discovery and prediction models to address key
   metrics and provide next best actions

*Requirements:*

   - Expert in architecting Tableau CRM implementations from scratch,
   following best practices.
   - Expert in building dataflows and recipes to transform the source data
   into data usable for reporting and building prediction models
   - Experience manipulating configuration json for dynamic data bindings
   and other advanced requirements
   - Must be a quick learner, able to quickly grasp a complex, heavily
   customized data model in Salesforce
   - Experience in healthcare/pharma industry would be a plus
