Duration: 6 months w possible extension. Start: ASAP upon successful completion of background check *NOTE: Higher education client experience is a MUST * Interview Mode: Phone and Video interview US citizen, GC, or H1b accepted. *Job Description: Training Analyst (Banner, Degree Works) consultant* The Training Analyst brings specific knowledge and expertise in the areas of learning program design, development and delivery. Responsibilities will vary by project but, with direction and guidance from the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Project Manager and/or Training Lead, the Analyst: The *Training Analyst *responsibilities include and not limited to: · *Using source materials and system access, prepare training documentation such as Quick Reference Guides, How To Guides, and Introductory guides for Records systems including Degree Works, Banner, CourseLeaf Path, XCAT, and Course Action Notices according to templates and project guidance.* · Supports Training Strategy Design and Plans · Provides input to or builds training delivery project plans · Analyzes training evaluation data and generates follow-up recommendations · *Builds training program evaluation tools and executes training program evaluation activities* · Collaborates with subject matter experts on the design and construction of content across a variety of formats (in-person, print, web-based, others) · *Conduct virtual training sessions and workshops for users of these systems prior to Go-Live and during Hypercare.* · *Staff Hypercare direct support by answering calls and responding to emails and tickets from system users and their support networks* *Applicants should have at least 5-7 years of experience in higher education in either technology or academic advising or some combination. Experience with Client's academic technology or Ellucian's Degree Works is required. Experience teaching or training is also required. * The ideal candidate has similar experience contributing to and executing strategies and plans for a Student Transformation project and collaborating with project team members and stakeholders in a university setting.
