This position is responsible for overseeing and executing activities for
gathering, analyzing and prioritizing functional and non-functional
requirements to facilitate the development of systems or technical
solutions for complex business needs.
This individual will work closely with key business stakeholders, SME’s, IT
peers, and other team members to document, review and approve lifecycle
documents, as required.

Will be expected to work in close partnership with the development team and
business while following best practices, utilizing standardized templates
and SDLC methodologies.

*Main Responsibilities:*

   - Write, execute, review and approve lifecycle documents, as required.
   - Coordinate necessary meetings and manage weekly updates with the key
   business stakeholders, SMEs
   - Demonstrated attention to detail and excellent oral and written
   communication skills

*Requirements:*

   - *Experience leading a SalesForce Communities implementation*
   - Proficient in gathering business requirements using process flows and
   uses cases.
   - Expertise in modeling and mapping business processes.
   - Experience with complete software development life cycle.
   - Understanding of technology capabilities and limitations.
   - Experience designing, reviewing, and executing test cases.
   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
   - Knowledge of MS Teams, SharePoint or similar collaboration portal
