Other duties may be assigned.* · Primarily responsible for detailed project management, engineering support and direction for manufacturing operations and Mfg. quality activities to at the site. · Proven experience owning and driving projects to fruition, with a proven work ethic and consistently exceeding results. · Plan, coordinate and manage all manufacturing activities associated with commercialization and launch of the products. · Development and management of a transition plan and team Process documentation transfer and review Facility selection, coordination & preparation Equipment moves and installation IQ, OQ, PQ protocol development and execution support Production startup and training support. · Lead coordination and completion of CAPA related deliverables · Demonstrated proficiency in equipment and tooling procurement and process design and development (assembly and associated process development) · Follow-up with Work Stream Leads from Manufacturing Plants and cross functional teams to assimilate project information daily · Understanding and ability to execute DOEs, process validations and process characterizations · Lead, monitor technical execution of the work and achieve the defined milestones as targeted. · Design/Maintain Project Tracking Dash Boards using Excel or similar tool · Coordinate/Facilitate project update meetings · Communicate via presentations project status to multiple project teams and management · The position will interface with cross functional stakeholders and project leaders. · Primary work location- Juarez Mexico. *EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE * • Minimum undergraduate degree (*B.E. Engineering or BS* ) in Science, Engineering, Operations • 5 Years Project Management, Operations, in leading projects with Med Tech industry is essential with RA and Quality knowledge. -- Are you =EXP(E:RT) or =NOT(EXP(E:RT)) in Excel?
