Job Description: Help drive improvements to accessibility program data collection and organization. Support a team of program managers with helping product teams achieve and maintain accessibility compliance, and build usable products Perform project management activities, such as tracking deliverables, creating status reports, communicating with product teams, working with testers and monitoring successful achievement of project goals Help with documentation of accessibility program processes. Respond to inquiries from product teams regarding accessibility programs, processes, data, and policies. Help with processing exceptions and tracking risks. Must coordinate team meetings, team events, and track any action items from the team. Creation visualization/dashboarding that results in actionable insights. Help with onboarding products into testing and help maintaining inventory. Identify ways to help build scalable solutions to processes and be able to provide data for suggested solutions. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to effectively work with multiple stakeholders and teams to improve data and business processes. Ability to juggle multiple assignments while having great attention to detail. Project management skills and the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in the face of competing priorities in a highly collaborative agile environment. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to analyse process gaps while setting tangible goals to improve any gaps. The ability to collect feedback and to accept feedback.
