*Responsibilities:*



   - *8 years of experience working in the IT industry as Business
   Analysts.*
   - *4+ years of experience working on Guidewire ClaimCenter is mandatory.*
   - *Experience in P&C is mandatory*
   - Should have experience in Onshore/Offshore model
   - Experience in Working as Scrum master or Agile methodology is a must
   - Experience in
      1. Analyzing business requirements and functional specifications,
      2. Analyze integration aspects of Guidewire CC and other downstream
      and third-party systems.
      3. In gathering business requirements through interviews, JAD
      sessions and observations and created the Business Requirements
      documentation for building UI for viewing data through Guidewire Policy
      Centre, Pekin’s Legacy Policy, Policyholder application, Agency portal,
      MuleSoft integrations
      4. Clarify requirement-related questions from the SME/ QA/
      Engineering groups with functional and technical data flow diagrams
      required to perform in MS VISIO.
      5. Analyze the requirements for the identified features that need to
      be tested thoroughly.
      6. Understanding requirements of data flow and process flow for the
      development.
      7. Design analysis, requirements management, business modeling and
      validation.
   - Excellent communication and presentation skills
   - Should have onsite-Offshore delivery model experience
   - Should understand Agile Methodology
   - Should be able to create stories and assignment
   - Experience in Weekly reporting
