JOB DESCRIPTION


Responsibilities:

  *   7 -10 years' experience in software test with knowledge of bug tracking 
tools, test case management systems, build methodologies.
  *   Must have more than 7+ years of automation testing experience
  *   Good Testing skills and knowledge on Automation
  *   Experience  ERP Products
  *   Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
  *   Ability to lead and set direction for software test projects.
  *   Adaptive fast learner - able to ramp up quickly on domain area.
  *   Self-motivated, flexible with a passion to make a difference.
  *   Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
  *   Write, design, and execute automated tests by creating scripts that run 
testing functions automatically;
  *   Experience in working Agile environment
  *   Excellent communication skills and understands testing methodologies
  *   Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
  *   Enhance and execute automated tests and frameworks.
  *   Influence software design to maximize testability and automation 
potential.
  *   Develop test plan and procedures for testing new features and sustaining 
efforts.
