If you'd asked this on an IIS list rather than on an Exchange Server
list, you would've been told about making an ASP page with 
<%= Request.ServerVariables("REMOTE_ADDR") %> in there somewhere.  I
don't understand what you mean by pushing DNS updates, that seems
counterproductive and not targetted toward the goal of simply displaying
the requestor's IP address on a web page.

But we're just a buncha Exchange admins, we don't know that stuff.
