What I didn't like about GFI, and I don't know if this has changed in the current version, but even though I wanted to have a separate fax server and then have Exchange integration, I had to install the full product on my Exchange server first. They didn't have function in the setup to just install the connector.

We use FacSys here. I would recommend both. One piece of advise I can give you, DO NOT buy a cheap fax card or use modems. Get a real honest to god Brooktrout card.
