Hackneyed story but the boss and his secretary need to share a calendar. She already has access to his calendar and can accept appointments and reply on his behalf. Here's the hitch, the boss' calendar needs to be synchronized with the secretary's so his appointments show up on her calendar and therefore will show up on her blackberry. Any thoughts?
