Probably not, but it isn't ideal. It isn't hard to move to a dedicated
server if it starts to provide poor performance.

Subject: Small Office Exhcange 2003 install .

 Hello All,,

I have a question about an Exchange 2003 install.

We will be moving our domain to AD and Exchange 2003 in the next year
or
so.

We will have around 10 servers ( 2 will be the AD servers),150
workstations, and 50 network/exchange users. Do you see us running into
problems with setting up Exchange on one of the AD servers, rather than
giving it it's own dedicated server? These 2003 Active Directory Servers
will be P4 3 gig CPUs with 1 gig of ram.

  Thank you!!!
