I would start by doing an NSLookup against their domain. Then from your Exchange server, try to telnet to theirs on port 25. If you are successful on the connect, then manually send someone an email from the command line and see what happens

DNS does not appear to be an issue, I can see the MX Record is pointing to the right place and supposedly there are no filters on the GroupWise side. However, my Exchange mail will not deliver "Host Unreachable" and there are no size limitations on the GW side. I can send mail from a yahoo account to the GW domain. Any direction/thoughts are appreciated.
