Thanks for the link but I already applied that one back when I built it. It turns out that is was our Servers Alive app. I had it checking the URL status and the W3SVC and this was causing it. When I put the checking of these two items in Maintenance mode (basically not checking them), it was fine.

It's a trial version that doesn't expire for another week and a half and it's been on the box for over 2 weeks without problems. I've since removed the PlusPack and it appears that the errors have stopped. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had issue with this software? Before I removed it I re-applied SP4 for Exchange on the IIS box and I also re-applied SP4 for W2K. Still had the errors so that's when I removed the Plus Pack and they've stopped. Is it possible that my trial has expired sooner than what I was told? Maybe that's what happens when it expires? Thanks in advance.
