Some people say that they find Antigen GUI a little hard to use, I have never found it difficult.

We are using groupshield 6 which has been causing me problems. We are running exchange 2003/windows 2003, dual Xenon 3.06, 4 gig RAM. Groupshield hangs once a day and the message delivery queue builds up until I stop and restart groupshield service. I have a ticket in with mcaffee since 1/19 and no resolution. Whatever groupshield is doing it ties up the page file, which starts getting me lots of event log errors. The on demand scan in group shield 6 is taking me 32 mins for a 90 meg mailbox! My info stores total is about 20 gig. I can not get an on demand scan to finish. How is the perforance in Antigen?
