I have Outlook users connecting over several Wan connections connecting back to an exchange server in a Network access center experiencing Requesting data issues. Looking at the Exchange server it does not appear to be over worked from processor / mem standpoint but looking at two counters MSExchangeIS\ RPC Operations/sec and MSExchangeIS\RPC Requests I am just not clear on what indicates an issue. My mailbox is on the same exchange server and I do not see the latenacy some of my users are complaining about.
