We have a SBS 2003 setup. We use Contacts in Public Folders - i.e. 1 shared contacts list for all to use. We access e-mail remotely via OWA 2003. Our problems are only with OWA, not �in-house�
Problem: Is there any way to make this PUBLIC CONTACTS folder the DEFAULT in Outlook 2003 Web Access? Currently, the only way to access the Public Contacts is by clicking on �Go To Public Folders� icon, which opens a SECOND browser window, but this list is restricted anyway (see below). -The Public Contacts is not an option (when clicking �TO� when sending e-mail), just the default �CONTACTS� shows. -When the second window opens up, the �Mail to� button for a particular contact in Public Contacts is grayed out. We are still using Outlook 2000 when in the office, not 2003.
