The Holiday form works very well. However, the client does need to have CDO on their machine. (Not installed on default outlook install). I edited it for our "Days Off" and published it to a public folder. Set the PF to home on web page with instructions. Very easy for the client and you.
Another limitation may be that the "Outlook Security Patch" stopped the automation. This is easily handled with the "Exchange Administrative Option".
