I think we could only try to make wild guesses. But it looks like something got stuck in IIS.

In the process of restarting the IIS Service it stopped and restarted the information Store and a couple other Exchange services.. Can anyone explain why this happened? When someone tries to log into OWA they put their user information in and it starts to load up the folders page and it asks for the password again. No matter what you put in there the box just keeps on coming back up. If you hit cancel on the second login window it allows you into your mailbox and everything is okay. Has anyone seen this problem? Just to add another twist to the problem. My account is the only one I have been able to find that doesn't have this weird problem. Even the administrator account has this problem.
