Allow that server to talk out port 25 on the firewall and you should be able to deliver e-mail. If you really need to you can change the IMS Connections to forward all mail to your new e-mail server and let it deal with the e-mail. Remember to allow the old server to relay off the new one.

We added an Internet Mail service to another server and changed our firewall so this new 5.5 server is the main send and receive server. Now the old server still has mail in queue, since it no longer resolves to the correct Internet IP the mail can't get delivered. I am guessing that it needs to route through the new server, but I am not sure how we accomplish this. _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/cgi-bin/lyris.pl?enter=exchange&text_mode=&lang =english To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
