Subject: Archiving sent and received mail Exchange 2003

I have inherited an MS Exchange 5.5 Small Business Server and am currently
in the process of planning a migration Windows and Exchange 2003.

Currently however, the server is configured so that all incoming and
outgoing mail is copied to a public folder. Users then search for a customer
in a Contacts public folder and then search via Activities for any email
communication between the customer and our company, effectively using
Outlook and Exchange as a CRM system.

With Exchange 2003, how can I get all outgoing mail to be automatically
copied to a public folder. Incoming is fine as I can use the Forwarding
Address on the properties of the User on the Exchange General Tab under
Delivery Options.

Is there a rule that could be configured, I've tried this but there doesn't
seem to be a suitable option for my requirement.

Thanks,

Chris
