The installation of KMS goes fine and I am able to enroll users with no problems. Users can send Signed Messages back and forth no problem but when they try to encrypt them the recipient gets the following error when they try and open the encrypted message: "Can't open this item. Your Digital ID name can not be found by the underlying security system."
