Do you see anything sitting in the queues?
Can you verify that your server is getting correct MX records for that
domain? Use NSLOOKUP to check.
Once you know the Mxes can you establish a successful Telnet connection on
port 25 to those Mxes from your server's console? If so, can you exchange
the SMTP commands with those remote Mxes? (HELO, MAIL FROM, RCPT TO, etc)

Subject: Not able to send mail to one specific domain
Hi,
On Exchange 2000 Server SP3 we are having problem sending mail to one
specific domain. Sending mail to all other domain is not causing any
problems.
When a user sends an email to this specific domain they will not receive it.
Also the user that sends the mail will not receive a NDR. We do not have any
problem receiving mail. We are able to receive mail from all domains.
Exchange is installed on a DC. DNS is installed and configured to forward
requests to ISP's DNS. Exchange's SMTP Connector is configured to use DNS.
There are no restrictions configured for SMTP.
What could cause this problem?
Best Regards,
Michel Fayad
