An email was sent to a user that was disabled in Active Directory.  The
undeliverable message the sender received was: "The message was
undeliverable because the recipient specified in the recipient postal
address refused to accept the message."

Even with a valid SMTP address still in place, if the account is
disabled, mail will not be received. Is that correct?
