I always have the Terminal Services Administrative mode running as a backup on all my servers. That way I can remote in and see if something has locked up or at least perform a clean shutdown.

I have to reboot the server to see if I can get the mouse and keyboard back. I have never seen a keyboard and mouse die like this before... I will stop Exchange services and I guess send an NT command to reboot the server. Thanks for letting me vent.
