We have a user that is returning an error message when we send emails.  This
is the NDR:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:  test
      Sent:     2/13/2004 12:00 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

      Username on 2/13/2004 12:00 PM
            Unable to deliver the message due to a recipient problem
            MSEXCH:MSExchangeIS:DOMAIN:Servername

When I check the event log I keep getting a Permanent Error has occurred
with entity... Private MDB.  

My question is, is there anything wrong with MTA here or is maybe the user's
mailbox corrupt?  Maybe something else?  The user's mailbox is not full and
it can be logged on to just no one can send mail to him.  I haven't tried to
restart the MTA service yet but do you think I should start there?
