First guess would be that something is not right with permissions... But I
am not sure.

Do you still have the M: drive on the server? Can you browse (carefully)
into M:\domain.com\public folders\... And see the contents there?

I have informed the users not to use aliases, but to use the name portion of
the SMTP address... 

Any thoughts on the first question:
1. I can see my entire Public Folder hierarchy in OWA 2000, but can not
display the contents of any folders (The page cannot be found)???
