Sure...and we appreciate the context you have put it in as well. What they're trying to tell you is that you don't mess around with that mailbox on a production system, for a learning exercise. Simply put, don't be monkeying around with it unless you are having a problem and only then, with PSS direction. If you are having problems with your Exchange system and you know that is the problem, then get on the horn with PSS (per the KB sent to you by Andy) and have them walk you through the process and reconciling the problem. Read Tony's response to your question as well.
