I'm looking at different ways to move our in-house CRM onto a new platform, and have
it work with Exchange. One platform that I'm looking at is Outlook Forms. I've found a
lot of material out there, but not a lot about what they are really good at, and if
people use them to tinker with OL, or do massive changes/additions.

The CRM data includes donations, areas of interest, areas of expertise, etc. All in
all, a lot of data. All of the examples I've seen involve adding a new field to an
existing entity (contact, task, etc). But I haven't seen a way to add an entire schema
(showing my DB background) to Exchange contacts. Can Forms do it? Is it a good idea to
try?

Thanks,
Erick
