One way would be to create another SMTP connector for larger messages and
schedule it to send out mail during off-peak hours. Or every few hours.

Subject: Limiting SMTP outbound

Hello All,

Is there any way to limit the amount of bandwidth a Exch2K3 (Enterprise)
will use for outgoing mail? (perhaps by limiting number of outgoing
connections etc..?)

Some users must send out broadcast email - do not want to bring Internet
connection to its knees.

TIA,

William Ro
