I'm at the tail end of a 5.5->2K3 upgrade: 5.5 box called EX1 Installed E2K3 on new box (EX2) - yes, followed all steps, xxxPrep, ADC, etc. Moved all PFs and mailboxes from EX1 to EX2 - Worked great. Removed 5.5 server (only one) from enterprise (followed KB articles). Uninstalled 5.5 from EX1 Installed E2K3 on EX1 Moved all mailboxes back to EX1.
At this point all is well. My public folders aren't replicating. The show in ESM as having a replica on both systems. If I drill into the servers in admin groups I can see the fodlers in EX1's storage group, but they're empty. If I look in Folders in my Admin group, the replication tab shows them "In Sync", but the status tab shows them out of sync with EX1 having 0 items for each folder. Additionally, if I connect to EX1 and look at folder contents it's empty, if I connect to EX2 and look at folder contents it has stuff. I've tried removing EX1 as a replica and readdding it and forcing a send, no luck. I've tried Urgent replication priority, no luck.
