Hi, Only one user encounter this problem & Only whenever she sent bulk emails (for marketing ads purpose).
E.g. She sent one email bcc to 30 external emails.Email sent only once at 23Feb. Read receipt receive from receiver ONE at 23Feb & TWO at 25Feb. 1. Double check is there any duplicate email address sent in the same email - Yes,no duplicate email address. Although have duplicate, there is no possibility email sent second times at 25Feb. 2. Check on the read receipt header - Read receipt ONE at 23Feb was all correct (Sender sent time[23Feb];my exchange received the mail fr sender[23Feb];receiver server received the mail[23Feb]. BUT . Read receipt TWO at 25Feb was (Sender sent time[23Feb];my exchange received the mail fr sender[23Feb];receiver server received the mail[25Feb].) 3. How many times receiver received the mails - 2times (First at 23Feb & Second at 25Feb) I suspect is the server retries causes. Any alert? Thank You !
