I'm under 6.2.  I don't see anything that you can change to what you're talking about. 
 It might of been that way with the older version.  Thanks for your help though.

Hmm. I swear I've done that in 3.8 before - although the only option for
attachment blocking seems to be under Real Time Scanning.
