I've just found out that I cannot see a user in the Global address even though he shows up on Ex admin in the Recipients Container and in other version of Outlook we have (i.e Outlook 98, Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2002). I can see this user in the one of the views on O2003 I have set up for this site.
