I'm looking into this same thing right now. We have the Routing Restrictions set up same as you do Bill and it works fine when sending to an internal recipient. However, it will not send to an smtp address outside of our company. I was reading Q196626 and it looks like we are supposed to have the Mask set to 255.255.255.255. Can anyone confirm if this is correct?
